Communication with suppliers and internal departments **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Control and monitor accounts payable obligations, ensuring accurate recording, verification, scheduling, and execution of payments. Verify and validate fiscal and financial documents (invoices, bank slips, contracts, receipts, and bills). Schedule payments considering cash flow, deadlines, and priorities. Perform payment postings, write-offs, and reconciliations in financial systems and ERP. Monitor due dates to prevent delays, penalties, and interest charges. Support cash flow management by providing updated and reliable information. Maintain communication with suppliers and internal departments to resolve pending issues and align information. Ensure proper archiving and traceability of accounts payable documents. Prepare financial and managerial reports related to payments and financial commitments. Support internal and external audits by providing requested documents and information. Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax and financial regulations, and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. Support other finance department activities as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields.
