MANAGEMENT ANALYST - COMPENSATION

We are seeking a Management Analyst \- Compensation, responsible for analyzing, structuring, and monitoring the company's compensation practices, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational policies. This role manages job positions and salaries, conducts salary studies, handles internal movements, tracks payroll indicators, and provides strategic support to leadership in decision-making related to people management and budgeting. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct salary analyses and compensation studies; * Support the administration of job positions, salaries, and organizational structure; * Develop and monitor salary tables; * Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking; * Support promotion, reclassification, and internal movement processes; * Develop managerial indicators and reports; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor practices; * Support personnel budgeting and headcount control; * Collaborate with leadership on strategic people analytics. **Requirements and qualifications** **Academic background** * Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. **Specific knowledge** * Proficiency in HR data analysis, indicators, and metrics; * Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI or similar); * Advanced Excel skills and database manipulation. **Additional information** * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Food basket; * Gas allowance; * Health plan (Unimed, 50% employer-paid); * PPR \- Profit Sharing Program; * Job and salary framework; * Day Off (birthday leave); * Love Package (maternity kit). **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
