Description

Responsible for the landscape harmony of gardens and green areas, performing pruning and cleaning to make outdoor areas pleasant for people. **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintain the landscape harmony of gardens and green areas in outdoor spaces by performing pruning at the appropriate time, aiming to enhance visual appeal; Maintain grassy areas by mowing the lawn and providing adequate irrigation during dry periods; Clean courtyards and other outdoor areas using brooms and specialized equipment to ensure the workplace remains accessible and usable for employees and visitors; Plant various crops by introducing seeds and seedlings into the soil, covering and fertilizing\-them with vegetative mulch; Handle and care for potted plants and gardens; Perform cultural practices and prepare soil for planting, following instructions from the immediate supervisor; Carry out cultural practices in parks and gardens, renewing\-damaged sections, transplanting seedlings, eradicating weeds, and cleaning these areas to maintain them in good condition; Prune plants by trimming\-them at designated times using appropriate shears to ensure their proper development; Control and carry out appropriate irrigation of plants to ensure their healthy growth; Perform phytosanitary treatments on plants by applying insecticides and herbicides through suitable methods, adhering to occupational safety and health regulations to prevent or eradicate pests and diseases; Clean planting areas using appropriate practices; Perform mechanized lawn mowing using a backpack trimmer and remove grass clippings with specialized equipment; Prepare seedlings and seeds by constructing nurseries and seedbeds, activities based on transplanting and grafting plant species; Carry out job-related activities while complying with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, as well as consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for reporting any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers to the immediate supervisor; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Uphold discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through maintaining organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under one's responsibility and report any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional experience exceeding one (1) year.
