Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various areas, performing operational tasks, and collaborating with the team to ensure organizational efficiency and environmental safety. Assisting in organizing and ensuring the safety of environments **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Hours Per Week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Willingness to work on farms located within a 60km to 100km radius from Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA.** * Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including offices, restrooms, cafeterias, meeting rooms, and circulation areas. * Sanitize furniture, equipment, surfaces, and commonly used items. * Perform general cleaning of dormitories, courtyards, and other facilities at the headquarters to ensure their maintenance and hygiene. * Carry out weeding, root and stone removal, and other operational routines as requested. * Collect, sanitize, decontaminate, dry, and store Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used in agricultural activities. * Keep cleaning supplies and daily-use tools organized and adequately stocked. * Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials in compliance with environmental regulations. * Support internal event cleaning or specific activities as needed. * Follow instructions regarding appropriate products, equipment, and methods for each surface type. * Observe and report damages, maintenance issues, or potential hazards in assigned areas. * Collaborate with the team to maintain organizational efficiency and environmental safety. * Assist in inventory control of supplies. * Adhere to safety standards and use PPE whenever required, focusing on accident prevention. * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate leadership. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in agricultural activities; * Knowledge of maintenance and conservation of agricultural equipment and tools; * Willingness to perform other duties related to the position. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Birthday Day Off, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), On-site Meals, Life Insurance
