Responsibilities: * **Support employee movement and onboarding routines:** Provide support in hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility processes, ensuring organization and a positive employee experience. * **Track HR metrics and projects:** Support the Business Partner team in monitoring HR metrics, local initiatives, and departmental projects. * **Contribute to training and engagement initiatives:** Assist in organizing training sessions, internal communication activities, and employee engagement initiatives. * **Update and maintain HR system data:** Perform data updates and information control in HR systems such as Workday, ensuring data quality. * **Support recruitment and selection processes:** Assist in R\&S stages, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. **About Us** You’re already familiar with our brands: Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®.
