Job Summary:
Professional responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, performing setup, monitoring, fine-tuning, reading technical drawings, and conducting quality control.

* **Machine Setup:** Mounting cutting tools, preparing workpiece fixtures, and performing axis referencing (zeroing).
* **CNC Operation:** Monitoring the machining process and adjusting parameters such as speed and feed rate as needed to ensure product quality.
* **Programming and Adjustments:** Performing fine-tuning of programs directly on the machine control system (e.g., Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas...) and loading programs via network or USB.
* **Reading and Interpretation:** Analyzing mechanical technical drawings, manufacturing orders, and work plans to understand part specifications.
* **Quality Control:** Using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to verify dimensions of parts during production.
* **Basic Maintenance:** Cleaning the machine, checking lubricating oil and coolant levels.
