Inspect goods delivered by suppliers through physical counting, verifying quantity and product specifications, and recording information in the system. Organize, store, and arrange goods in designated locations using shelves, cabinets, and pallets, following the addressing code or delivering directly to the requester in cases of direct cost. Participate monthly in periodic physical inventory counts of the warehouse, inspecting all goods to ensure inventory quantities and values remain accurate and up-to-date. Process stock reservation write-offs in the system corresponding to goods withdrawn from inventory, according to the specific cost center. Perform daily cleaning of the warehouse area and stored goods using brooms, cloths, and rags. Distribute PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to employees and register issued materials in the SAP system via biometric identification. Occasionally operate forklifts for product handling, unloading, loading, and stacking within the warehouse, provided the candidate is certified and demonstrates proven proficiency in this task. Ensure timely replenishment of goods within the MRP \- SAP system, guaranteeing operational efficiency. Refuel vehicles, heavy machinery, and other equipment, provided the candidate is certified and demonstrates proven proficiency in this task, as requested by the requester. Deliver documents, parts, and other items to various departments within the facility using a motorcycle. Actively participate in and contribute to the implementation of Amaggi’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), Continuous Improvement, Quality, Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others.
