Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, supervise, and control medium-term mine production and development plans, ensuring operational targets and design standards are met; * Provide technical leadership to the continuous improvement team; * Design of mining and mine development, including Sublevel Stoping and Vertical Retreat Mining methods; * Fleet sizing; * Management of KPIs related to plan execution; * Interdisciplinary underground inspections focused on inputs for planning; * Definition of paste fill and stockpile strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering; * Experience in underground mining planning; * Solid knowledge of underground mining methods; * Advanced proficiency in Deswik (CAD, IS, Sched); Desirable Qualifications: * Specialization in mine planning; * Brazilian National Driver’s License; Skills: * Leadership and proactivity; * Effective communication skills; * Negotiation and time management skills; **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and welcome to be themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
