If you are a person with a disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become a protagonist in a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise inspections at the Work Center to ensure client satisfaction with services delivered by the company. * Supervise activities performed by Inspectors and Supervisors assigned to clients, providing guidance and supplying necessary resources. * Guide and train Inspectors during the implementation of new work methods and procedures, monitoring service execution regarding procedural compliance, behavior, performance, and interaction with security personnel. * Organize and control the proper use and maintenance of auxiliary equipment (radios, electronic patrols, computers, motorcycles, vehicles, and others). * Consolidate information collected in the field by Inspectors. * Implement corrective actions, when necessary, based on incidents reported in the Daily Report, as verified by Inspectors. * Monitor and conduct investigations to clarify incidents, prepare related reports, and suggest improvements whenever required. * Prepare documents and analyze data to assess the quantity and quality of resources needed to fulfill contractual obligations, and evaluate risks associated with each Work Center to implement supplementary measures supporting employee performance. * Plan the rollout of new services, requesting allocation of required human and material resources (labor, integration of new security personnel, uniforms, weapons, and auxiliary equipment). * Identify Inspector training needs. * Draft and review procedures for each Work Center, gathering client input and ensuring optimal performance and outcomes. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in Asset Protection / Physical Security. * Driver’s license, Category B. * Experience in people management and client relationship management. **WORK LOCATION:** CUIABÁ \- MT
