Team technical development and training **Position Summary** * Supervise and coordinate electrical team activities in construction, maintenance, and installations, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety, quality, and deadlines. Responsible for planning, task assignment, material control, efficient and safe execution of electrical services, and technical guidance to the team. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the electrical team, assigning tasks, monitoring activity progress, and ensuring deadline compliance. * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations (low, medium, and high voltage, as per company practice). * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and safety regulations (NRs, ABNT, NR\-10, PPE/PPEs, lockout/tagout, etc.). * Prepare labor cost estimates for activities under responsibility and manage inventory of electrical materials. * Plan and supervise installation of switchgear, electrical panels, distribution boards, outlets, lighting, grounding systems, and surge protection. * Analyze electronic schematics and drawings; review technical documentation and work procedures. * Inspect and approve the quality of installations and services performed by the team. * Train and develop team technical competencies, promoting safety and efficiency. * Manage incident logs, SAFEs, and progress reports for superiors. * Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to ensure system integration. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, or related fields; completion of a technical or vocational program is desirable. * Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor or foreman in the electrical field (minimum 2–5 years, depending on the position). * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/diagrams (schematics, layouts, panel diagrams). * Basic electrical installation design, circuit sizing, protection, and grounding. * Applicable technical and safety standards (NR\-10, NR\-33 when working in confined spaces/lifts, ABNT NBR, etc.). * Concepts of fire protection, surge protection devices, and electrical controls. * Team management: leadership, clear communication, organization, task planning, time control. * Willingness to work on-site/field, with mobility and adaptability to various locations. * Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making ability, and critical thinking; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
