Job Summary: Internship position to inspect construction services, control materials, complete reports, provide technical support for projects, and assist in administrative management. Key Highlights: 1. Construction site inspection and supervision 2. Material control and quality assurance in construction 3. Technical support and project analysis Construction Site Supervision: Inspect outsourced and in-house construction services (structural work, masonry, plumbing, electrical) to ensure compliance with design specifications and technical standards. Material and Quality Control: Conduct material surveys, requisitions, and on-site verification at the construction site. Reports and Schedule Monitoring: Complete the Construction Daily Report (RDO), prepare photographic reports, and monitor physical progress against the schedule. Technical Support and Projects: Analyze technical drawings, perform on-site measurements, and assist in quantity take-offs for budgeting. Administrative Management: Assist in document organization, team coordination, and interface with suppliers.
