Producing materials to inform and engage the team As an **Internal Marketing Analyst**, you will be a key player in building and strengthening our culture and employer branding (Employer Branding). Your role will be to translate 300’s culture and values into experiences, initiatives, and narratives that connect our talents with the company’s purpose, thereby increasing engagement and sense of belonging. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify internal topics, write, and distribute content across the company’s communication channels (informational updates, announcements, and newsletters). * Produce materials aimed at informing—and especially engaging—the team with strategic objectives and company culture. * Plan, support the creation of, and execute internal marketing campaigns (commemorative dates, internal events, recognition programs, and cultural rituals). * Support leadership in disseminating organizational culture through bite-sized content and practical initiatives. * Collect data and information from the CRM to support operations with metrics and factual insights. * Manage demand control for the department, organize files, and manage approval workflows (invoices and procurement of services/products). **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. **Hard Skills (Technical Competencies)** * **High-Level Writing:** Exceptional command of the Portuguese language, with emphasis on clarity, coherence, and persuasion. * **Design & Visual Storytelling:** Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, or Google Slides. **Soft Skills (Behavioral Competencies)** * **Multitasking Profile:** Sharp organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple workflows. * **Interpersonal Intelligence:** Excellent cross-departmental interaction and ease articulating ideas with diverse stakeholder profiles. * **Creative Proactivity:** Ability to propose innovative solutions and anticipate business needs.
