Implement continuous improvement projects and develop the team. **Pikolin Colchões** is seeking a talented and motivated **Maintenance Coordinator** to join our team in **Guaramirim**. This role is responsible for ensuring the full functionality of equipment, machines, and facilities at our factory, thereby ensuring uninterrupted production, product quality, and the safety of all our employees. The coordinator serves as a strategic link among operations, engineering, and management, promoting efficiency and cost reduction. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Responsibilities:*** Supervise and manage the maintenance team (technicians and mechanics), assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate emergency repairs (corrective maintenance). * Monitor and control performance indicators (KPIs), such as MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, and maintenance costs. * Manage inventory of critical spare parts and consumables, and conduct supplier negotiations. * Ensure compliance of all activities with safety standards and environmental regulations. * Align scheduled shutdowns with the production department to minimize operational impact. * Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and optimize processes. * Train and develop the team on new technologies and best maintenance practices. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience** in industrial maintenance, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector. * Proficiency in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as cutting, gluing, and pressing machines. * Solid knowledge of NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-35\ regulations. * Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). * Inspirational leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and clear/assertive communication. * Proactivity in anticipating problems, resilience under pressure, and strong focus on results and cost reduction.
