Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for issuing invoices, communicating with customers, preparing export shipments, receiving and inspecting materials, and conducting inventories. Key Responsibilities: 1. Issuance of invoices and billing 2. Communication with internal customers regarding billing 3. Preparation and support for exports Issue invoices by processing orders for external and internal customers; Communicate with internal customers regarding order billing; Prepare export orders by issuing required documents and providing support until material dispatch; Receive materials by unloading and inspecting them against the supplier's invoice; Verify CT-e (Transportation Service Invoice) documents against the transportation service contract spreadsheet; Inspect and identify shipment volumes against the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Accompanying Document) number; Follow procedures and work instructions outlined in the Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety System; Maintain order, cleanliness, and personal and property safety, placing tools in their designated locations; Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, according to operational needs; Conduct inventories.
