JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; applying correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets through stocking, replenishment, and organization of products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; applying correct pricing; and complying with procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; organization; cleaning and sanitation of the sector; expiration date verification according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); as well as compliance with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products and those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Ensure and maintain sector, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness through daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
