In this role, your main responsibilities will be: * Manage outsourcing department activities, including developing procedures, scheduling and assigning tasks, and training and monitoring team performance; * Lead people management, maintaining open communication channels with employees and ensuring alignment with company guidelines; * Coordinate domestic and international outsourcing operations, participating in the definition of marketing strategies based on product, pricing, and financial terms; * Conduct negotiations with suppliers, participate in order finalization, and analyze commercial, technical, financial, and logistical conditions; * Manage the supplier and partner network, ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, and adherence to deadlines; * Participate in the evaluation and development of new products with suppliers, analyzing feasibility and portfolio fit; * Monitor product demand, evaluating inventory levels, delivery timeliness, and quality; * Collaborate closely with departments such as Design and Planning to ensure supply chain alignment with collection requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of cost management, performance indicators, and supply chain; * Experience negotiating with domestic and international suppliers; * Experience in the textile sector; * Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken); * Willingness to travel.
