Job Summary: As a Quality Technician, you will support the dōTERRA Brazil Quality team in Joinville, performing product analysis and release, in-process control, and promoting a Quality culture. As a Quality Technician, you will support the dōTERRA Brazil Quality team in Joinville. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities include analysis and release of raw materials and finished products, in-process control, cleaning validation and release, monitoring/executing internal and external audits, participating in continuous improvement projects, tracking area KPIs, developing work instructions and other documents, fostering a Quality culture across the factory team, conducting sampling, and investigating root causes of issues using quality tools. * Responsible for inspection and release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products; * Ensure in-process control through statistical data evaluation and organization of related documentation; * Evaluate cleanliness conditions of production lines and authorize release for production; * Monitor/execute internal audits; * Participate in continuous improvement projects; * Track and control area KPIs; * Develop work instructions, procedures, and maintain/organize such documentation; * Promote a Quality culture among the factory team through daily guidance; * Conduct sampling; * Identify nonconformities and prepare reports; * Investigate root causes of problems using quality tools; * Prepare spreadsheets and charts to support daily activities; * Ensure laboratory and support areas are organized, clean, and compliant with good practices. * Organize the retention room and its controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Quality, or Industrial Laboratory Technology. * Technical English – Basic level preferred; * Experience working in industrial laboratories; * Experience using Quality tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (ANVISA RDC 48/2013 and RDC 275/2002\); * Knowledge of work instruction and procedure development; * Knowledge of work instruction and procedure development; * Experience working on the factory floor (preferred); **Additional Information** Work Location: Joinville / SC **dōTERRA** was founded in 2008 with an ambitious goal: to change the world—one drop, one person, one community at a time.
