Ensuring load safety and balance A metallurgical company seeks a Hooking Operator in Joinville (North Industrial Zone). **Responsibilities:** Perform hooking and unhooking of parts and materials. Secure loads to hooks, cables, or chains. Assist in load handling using overhead cranes or hoists. Signal and guide machine operators during load handling. Ensure load balance and safety. Inspect cables, chains, and accessories. Prevent material falls or shifts. Support internal transportation of parts. Follow occupational safety procedures. Use personal protective equipment (PPE). Report irregularities or hazards in the process. Previous experience as a Crane Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator, Equipment Operator, or Truck Driver may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
