Network and IT infrastructure monitoring. Support for computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. IT asset, equipment, and supply management. Corporate Wi-Fi network support. Data collector monitoring via MDM platform. Corporate systems support and logistics operations support. Equipment maintenance and technical assistance tracking. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Assistant, Computer Technician, or IT Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
