Quality Analyst

Description

Job Summary: A quality professional responsible for inspections, data analysis, documentation preparation, technical support, and corrective/preventive actions. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts inspections and data analysis to ensure compliance and quality improvement. 2. Supports the development of documentation and implementation of corrective actions. 3. Trains employees and provides technical support in quality management. * Perform routine inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards; * Collect and analyze quality data, identifying potential nonconformities and areas for improvement; * Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests performed, ensuring information organization and accessibility; * Assist in developing and updating quality control documents, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions; * Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve nonconformities and improve quality processes; * Participate in root cause analysis meetings and brainstorming sessions to propose practical solutions; * Assist in training employees on quality procedures and standards, ensuring understanding and adherence; * Provide technical support to employees regarding quality-related issues; * Initiate NC Reports (NCRs), analyze root causes, approve action plans, and evaluate effectiveness. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in fields related to the area of operation; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant sector activities; * Basic knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, PDCA, Six Sigma); * Proficiency in data analysis tools and productivity software (e.g., Excel); * Experience using measurement instruments; * Basic English.
