Job Summary: Clinicorp is seeking a developer to join the Product team, participating in the conception, architecture, testing, and development of features for its SaaS platform. Key Highlights: 1. Working on the Product team with direct impact on the SaaS software. 2. Collaborating in squads using a horizontal model and an inclusive environment. 3. Participating in all development stages, from ideation to delivery. Clinicorp is a company with its own proprietary software. We operate under the SaaS model—similar to Netflix and Spotify—meaning our customers pay monthly for our software, which we deliver as a service. We have several internal teams providing customer-facing services: Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and—our favorite team—the Product team! Within the Product team, we work closely with Product Managers. The Product team is responsible for the conception, architecture, testing, and actual development of all features in our platform. Regarding software, we maintain a web-based system and practice incremental innovation. Every quarter, we analyze our customers’ needs, conduct brainstorming sessions, and design new features for development. The Clinicorp Dev Team participates end-to-end in these projects—from ideation through development, testing, and delivery. Our tech stack centers on JavaScript, using React and Node.js; we also employ SQL, REST APIs, React Native, and host our entire application on GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Our team structure includes architects, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and other roles. We operate in squads following a horizontal model where everyone actively contributes to project creation. We foster a highly inclusive environment and strive to make everyone feel they are in the best place in the world—no exaggeration, that’s truly our goal. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new features; * Refactor projects; * Address bugs and technical debt; * Handle tickets within SLA requirements; * Conduct technical design/studies to resolve latent issues, and effectively present them to the team; * Actively participate in technical meetings and technical decision-making for new features; * Self-manage and organize your tasks in Jira. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Qualifications/Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed; * Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms; * Hands-on experience with Node.js / React.js; * Experience with code versioning; * Prior professional experience using Artificial Intelligence, plus interest in exploring new applications and trends in the field; **Desirable:** * Experience with Swagger or POSTMAN; * Experience with JIRA; * Experience with cloud services; * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with CI/CD; * Knowledge of unit testing; **Soft Skills:** * Ownership—taking responsibility for personal progress and development; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Genuine curiosity about the business, understanding broad strategic aspects and cross-functional operations, and recognizing their interdependencies; * Ability to absorb and share knowledge; * Capacity for critical analysis of tasks—thoughtfully evaluating and asking relevant questions about assigned work; * Understanding of impact, risk management, and time management; * Maturity to propose process improvements that optimize time and resources. **Additional Information** What benefits will I receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
