Our team of specialists leverages information, innovation, and insights to uncover pain points in the dental and aesthetic markets—driving profitability to clinics! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage a portfolio of clients (healthcare professionals) during the platform implementation phase—their first steps; * Oversee the system implementation process with clients; * Support clients through multiple communication channels; * Implement the solution, adapting it to each client’s unique context; * Understand individual client needs and propose effective solutions; * Identify, report, and resolve process errors; * Respond promptly to requests, internally document them, and communicate with relevant stakeholders; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to lead processes and strategic meetings through negotiation; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in software implementation and/or management consulting; * Practical knowledge of management concepts is desirable; * Experience or knowledge in dentistry is desirable; * Degree (in progress or completed) in Administration, Commercial Management, or Business Management. **Additional Information** What benefits will you receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
