Customer service and resolution of logistical problems **Responsibilities:** * Management of dispatch, billing, and transportation teams: conducting recruitment and dismissals in alignment with management; training and developing the team, providing feedback, and guiding them toward operational best practices. * Management of KPIs for areas under responsibility: performing analyses and action plans when necessary, ensuring efficiency and achievement of targets for areas under responsibility. * Continuous improvement: Implement improvements aimed at optimizing operational flows, focusing on safety, quality, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. * Logistics costs: Monitor daily logistics costs and seek alternatives to reduce them without compromising service-level quality. * Development of new transportation partners: select and negotiate with carriers to improve service quality and reduce costs. * Safety and compliance: Ensure all operations under responsibility comply with safety regulations. * Customer service: Resolve issues related to transportation, dispatch, and billing, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the role * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Knowledge of external and internal logistics * Knowledge of order management * Knowledge of billing **Benefits:** * On-site meals at a cost of R$1.92 per day * Opportunity to purchase our products at cost price (after probation period, with possible payroll deduction) * Transportation allowance (with 6% payroll deduction) * Workplace gymnastics * Coffee and cake every Friday (in case of target achievement, cake and appetizers are served) * 15-minute coffee break daily **After 3 months:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Pharmacy network agreement * Medication allowance **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
