WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A JUNIOR OPERATIONAL LEADER? * Coordinate operational processes and allocate workforce, seeking to optimize available resources, maximize sector utilization and profitability, and ensure fulfillment of customer and company needs. * Develop activity planning for your area and manage existing resources, aiming to meet organizational requirements. * Allocate workforce, seeking to optimize available resources, maximize sector utilization and profitability, and ensure fulfillment of customer needs. * Maintain constant contact with customers, seeking opportunities to improve service delivery and establishing action plans to resolve issues. * Analyze productivity of each team and of your department by reviewing appropriate spreadsheets to assess incoming cargo demand and schedule department activities. * Supervise comparison of file data against NF (Nota Fiscal) data to confirm files are ready to generate Electronic Transport Documents (CT-e). * Support other operational activities within your area, providing guidance and clarifying doubts regarding company processes and regulations. * Perform other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
