




Job Summary: A professional to develop and execute comprehensive event planning (internal, external, hybrid, and online), manage suppliers, and provide support for sales and internal marketing. We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, fostering a high-quality work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute comprehensive event planning for internal, external, hybrid, and online events, ensuring all stages—from conception through completion—are carried out efficiently. * Identify and invite speakers and special guests for events, while also researching and evaluating entertainment options that enhance participants’ experience. * Source and evaluate supplier quotations for events, ensuring contract negotiations and procurement of essential services (e.g., audiovisual, decoration, etc.). * Provide support to the sales team by coordinating sales-related needs with brokers and real estate agencies, ensuring required materials and resources are available for campaign execution. * Maintain and update the annual calendar of events, trade fairs, and promotional activities, ensuring all events are thoroughly planned and coordinated. * Organize, plan, and develop necessary communication materials to promote events—including invitations, posters, banners, and social media posts. * Monitor each event’s performance and conduct post-event evaluations to assess participant satisfaction and suggest improvements to enrich future experiences. * Collaborate with HR in executing internal events aimed at employee engagement, such as internal marketing initiatives, team-building activities, and other corporate events. * Prepare detailed reports after each event, documenting outcomes, feedback, and areas for improvement, and providing insights to support strategic planning for the department. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing; * Experience with event and marketing management tools; * Willingness to travel. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00. **Work Location:** * A1Hub–Campus Park Unisociesc Questions?
