Job Summary:
A professional responsible for auditing, inspecting, developing action plans, and conducting training to ensure workplace safety and occupational health.

**OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct occupational safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations, including documentation and resolution of non-conformities.
* Develop and monitor action plans focused on risk prevention, occupational health, workplace safety, and environmental management.
* Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities, and awareness campaigns (e.g., SIPAT, CIPA/CIPAA, fire brigades, and safety regulations).
* Manage OHS programs and routines, including accident investigations, control of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), area performance indicators, and legal documentation.
* Support emergency management, Fire Prevention and Protection Plans (PPCI), fire brigades, and environmental management, as well as interface with HR, managers, and service providers.
**Requirements:**
* Technical course in Occupational Safety and registration with SESMT
* Proven experience in the role
**Desirable:**
* Completed or ongoing specialization in Occupational Safety/Workplace Safety Engineering
* Experience in environmental management
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
