




Job Summary: This position provides HR support in an accounting office, offering the opportunity to master HR processes such as hiring, termination, and vacation management. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous HR training The position involves HR support in an accounting office serving 130 clients, with few employees per client. The employee is expected, over time, to master all HR processes—including hiring, termination, vacation, and 13th salary—and will receive training for this purpose. Initially, responsibilities include calculating overtime hours, recalculating tax forms, verifying delinquent clients, and submitting taxes to clients. Currently pursuing high school education, having completed high school, or possessing relevant education, along with residing in Campinas, will be considered advantageous. The candidate will be evaluated on accuracy (doing the right thing correctly the first time), accountability for tasks (ability to acknowledge mistakes), response speed to assigned tasks, mental agility, and learning capacity.
