Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and supervising the technical team, ensuring production efficiency, service quality, and adherence to deadlines, serving as a technical and leadership reference. Provide technical support in diagnostics and problem resolution Responsible for **coordinating and supervising the technical team**, ensuring production efficiency, service quality, adherence to deadlines, application of technical standards, and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and company processes. Acts as a technical and leadership reference, ensuring productivity, organization of the production area, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide the technical team and productive workflow; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and production efficiency (sold hours vs. available hours); * Provide technical support in diagnostics and problem resolution; * Evaluate and develop the technical team (training and capacity building); * Monitor budgets, final testing, and technical delivery to the customer; * Manage maintenance of tools, equipment, and facilities; * Maintain organization of the production area, yard, and layout (5S); * Monitor productivity, quality, and rework indicators; * Ensure application of technical standards, PPEs, quality policy, and environmental management; * Participate in strategic meetings and propose process improvements. **Requirements** * Experience in technical coordination or supervision in the automotive field; * Technical knowledge in automotive maintenance and diagnostics; * Experience in leadership and team management; * Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and results orientation; * Basic computer and management system knowledge. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical education in the automotive, electrical, or mechanical field; * Experience with productivity indicators; * Knowledge of 5S, quality, and workshop waste management. **Performance Indicators** * Team productivity; * Reduction of rework and returns; * Technical performance evaluation of the team.
