Job Summary:
The professional will inspect workplaces, identify and eliminate hazards, develop safety training programs, identify unhealthy working conditions, and collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA).

3. Development and delivery of safety training
* Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazardous conditions, and take necessary measures to eliminate risks;
* Assist in gathering information for labor defense preparation and accompany technical expert assessments arising from judicial proceedings;
* Develop training, guidance, and awareness programs for employees regarding mandatory and recommended attitudes and procedures for workplace safety;
* Identify unhealthy working conditions and adopt protective, preventive, and/or corrective measures to ensure worker health;
* Collaborate with CIPA programs to implement corrective and preventive solutions for occupational accidents;
* Analyze occupational accident statistics and absenteeism due to occupational diseases to implement corrective measures;
* Investigate occupational accidents, analyze root causes, and, if necessary, issue the Occupational Accident Communication (CAT).
