Job Summary: Solo Topografia is seeking a Project Analyst with experience in Surveying and Georeferencing to prepare, analyze, and monitor real estate regularization projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the preparation and analysis of technical documents for georeferencing 2. GNSS data processing and preparation of maps according to INCRA regulations 3. Project schedule management and monitoring Project Analyst – Surveying / Georeferencing Solo Topografia is seeking a Project Analyst with experience in Surveying and Georeferencing of real estate properties, to prepare, analyze, and provide technical oversight for real estate regularization projects. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and analysis of technical documents for georeferencing; * GNSS data processing and adjustment; * Preparation of maps and descriptive memoranda in accordance with INCRA regulations; * Assembly and submission of certification processes to SIGEF/INCRA; * Analysis of property overlaps, boundary conflicts, and cadastral inconsistencies; * Technical support for subdivision, consolidation, and area rectification processes; * Liaison with notary offices, INCRA, and other competent authorities; * Project schedule management and monitoring. Requirements: * Proven experience in georeferencing; * Solid knowledge of SIGEF and rural property certification at INCRA; * Experience with CAR (Rural Environmental Registry); * Proficiency in surveying and geoprocessing software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Topograph, QGIS or similar); * Knowledge of land tenure and registry legislation is a plus; Behavioral Competencies: * Organization and attention to technical details; * Proactivity; * Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
