**Working hours:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. **Job responsibilities:** Develop work plans, executive projects, technical studies, and licensing processes related to urban cleaning services, waste collection and treatment, sanitary landfills, sanitation, and new business initiatives, in accordance with technical specifications, deadlines, and business strategy, aligning with involved departments and leadership; * Develop project schedules, gather relevant information, define resources, budgets, investments, and other planning and organizational definitions required for project execution; * Monitor project implementation, identifying deviations and seeking corrective solutions; * Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings and maps using drafting software (AutoCAD or similar); * Monitor procurement processes, execution of third-party services, and corresponding payments; * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers; * Support the preparation of documents related to the technical portfolio, aiming to obtain the technical portfolio certificate; * Prepare budgets and pricing spreadsheets for services provided or for new services; * Support the analysis of tender documents, providing technical input for queries, challenges, and judicial proceedings; * Prepare monitoring, control, and performance reports for project activities; * Stay up-to-date on processes, technologies, and legislation relevant to the area of expertise; * Develop and monitor Environmental Education Programs; * Support the preparation of the Production and Cash Framework – QPC and the Department’s Action Plan; * Attend meetings with leadership to align processes and procedures; * Keep leadership informed about area procedures and incidents; * Safeguard the corporate brand and image.
