As a Site Supervisor at Rôgga, your primary challenge will be actively participating in the entire construction cycle of developments that improve the human habitat. You will engage in all project phases, assist in supervising team activities under the Engineer’s guidance, play a key role in construction planning, and ensure quality, workplace safety, and environmental preservation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and plan, together with the Site Leader, technical details and instructions for the project to be executed; * Guide and monitor execution of the construction schedule; * Supervise and lead employees and third-party contractors; * Ensure proper execution of all construction-related services; * Be responsible for organization and cleanliness of the construction site; * Assign tasks and monitor their execution; * Control and prevent waste and material losses; * Guarantee construction quality standards according to company guidelines; * Advise on material consumption; * Perform duties while meeting cost, timeline, quality, environmental, organizational, and workplace safety requirements; * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Monitor and supervise training sessions for Service Instructions (SIs) and maintain records of Service Verification Forms (SVFs); * Monitor progress and execution of all services provided; * Provide prior guidance on execution of all services provided; * Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with design documents and SIs, meeting required quality standards; * Propose solutions to problems and unforeseen issues on site; * Ensure completion of all services provided. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of reinforced concrete and conventional structural systems; * Relevant experience in high-standard vertical developments; * Technical knowledge of all construction phases; * Ability to use tools for service verification.
