ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYST

Description

The Corporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSSE) area plays an essential role in strategic structuring, practice integration, and governance strengthening. The Corporate HSSE is responsible for: safeguarding corporate policies and standards; providing technical guidance and support for the consistent application of guidelines; developing solutions to minimize risks and drive performance; promoting the sharing of learnings and best practices; assessing the effectiveness of the management system; strengthening competencies; and periodically monitoring performance, reporting to relevant forums. Coordinated action between local teams and the corporate team strengthens health, safety, and environmental performance across all Tupy operations, ensuring safer, healthier, and more responsible environments, aligned with our commitment to caring for people and the environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Consolidate and analyze** environmental performance indicators from business units, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * **Support the area** in developing and tracking strategic action plans. * **Provide technical support** to local environmental teams on topics such as licensing, contaminated site management, emission control, natural resource use, and waste valorization. * **Standardize processes** and contribute to the consistent implementation of corporate environmental guidelines and policies. * **Participate in strategic projects and new business initiatives**, assisting in the assessment of environmental requirements. * **Promote the sharing of best practices** and lessons learned across business units. * **Support innovation and circular economy initiatives**, proposing solutions that enhance the company’s environmental performance. * **Monitor regulatory requirements**, tracking relevant regulatory changes affecting operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience and Competencies** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Sanitary or Chemical Engineering (postgraduate studies or specialization in the field are a plus). * **Industrial sector experience**, preferably in medium- or large-sized companies. * **Solid knowledge** of Brazilian environmental legislation and licensing processes. * Experience in **environmental indicator analysis and management**, and in preparing technical reports. * Knowledge of **contaminated site management**. * Familiarity with **waste valorization projects and circular economy practices**. * Advanced **Excel** skills and proficiency with data analysis and consolidation tools. * **Systems thinking**, proactive attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. * **Preferred qualifications**: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, intermediate-level English and Spanish. **Additional Information** Health and Dental Insurance Performance Incentive Program Meal Allowance Transportation Benefit Private Pension Plan Education Incentive Program Childcare Assistance Lactation Support Room Applications from Persons with Disabilities are welcome for all positions.
