The Business Partner’s mission is to serve as a strategic DHO partner to business units, establishing trust-based relationships with leaders to implement best practices in people management. The mission is to elevate team performance through close internal consulting, leveraging data and metrics to drive engagement and operational excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategic Partnership (BP): Act as a technical consultant to leaders, building trust-based relationships and ensuring implementation of best people management practices; Talent Development: Support leaders in diagnosing competency gaps and developing teams’ technical capabilities in collaboration with the T&D department; Metrics-Based Management: Monitor and analyze critical KPIs (Turnover, Absenteeism, Organizational Climate, and Performance) to generate insights and action plans; Performance Management: Facilitate evaluation, feedback, IDP (Individual Development Plan), and meritocracy processes, supporting leaders in developing high-performing teams, retention, and succession planning; Culture and Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on organizational climate, contributing to a healthy, productive work environment aligned with corporate values; Conflict Management: Support managers in resolving interpersonal dilemmas and strengthening internal communication; Compensation and Structure: Collaborate on organizational structure analyses, salary adjustments, and cross-evaluation of competencies and merit to ensure equity and retention. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Experience as a Business Partner or HR Generalist, with focus on Human and Organizational Development (DHO); * Broad understanding of HR subsystems including Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development (T&D), Organizational Climate, Performance Evaluation, and basic Compensation knowledge; * Valid driver’s license and availability for regional travel (Joinville, Jaraguá do Sul, and Itapoá).
