If you love technology, enjoy visiting new locations during technical visits, have experience in telecommunications or the willingness to learn, please send us your resume! **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in customer maintenance; * Conduct preventive network maintenance as needed; * Assist in repairing fiber-optic networks; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Provide support and safety to technicians using PPE; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers by phone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and maintain an organized workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Electrical networks; Computer literacy; Computer networking. **Education:** Completed high school. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM \- Tuesday through Saturday. **Opportunity for on-site work in São Bento do Sul/SC.** Since 1997, we have been guided by customer centricity, offering telecommunications solutions for residential, business, and government clients.
