The focus is on delivering usability and AI integration so customers can extract value and build their processes, forms, and workflows quickly and easily. The goal is to evolve the team's quality process and introduce automation into product testing and QA routines. Responsibilities and Duties Test Strategy: Design and validate high-complexity test plans (manual and automated), covering critical Fluig user journeys. End-to-End Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure rapid feedback to the Dev team. Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bug fixes, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Guide junior QAs (Analysts I and II), reviewing test plans and disseminating QA best practices. Quality in New Scenarios (AI): Support the definition of acceptance criteria for Artificial Intelligence-based features, testing AI agent accuracy and behavior. Agile Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and Dev Team to ensure business requirements are testable from inception. Requirements and Qualifications **Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.** **Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in black-box, white-box, regression, and smoke testing techniques.** **Automation: Solid experience with frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, or RestAssured).** **APIs: Advanced knowledge of API testing (Postman/Insomnia).** **Agile Processes: Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban.** Desired Qualifications Development: Strong technical expertise in Java and/or JavaScript for building robust automated tests. Generative AI: Use Artificial Intelligence daily to enhance personal productivity. Performance and Security: Knowledge of performance/load and application security testing.
