




* Develop methodology for product launch, improvement, or discontinuation, collaborating with Industrial and Commercial departments. * Conduct market research and internal marketing initiatives; * Deliver training and communication to the Commercial team regarding product launches and improvements. * Distribute internal and external announcements; * Prepare product technical specifications; * Develop strategies to boost products with low sales share; * Execute actions to promote the Plasbohn brand in digital and print media. * Qualify Google analytics criteria such as organic SEO valuation, Trends, keywords, Analytics, etc. * Maintain the company website, banners, posts, and product launches updated and user-friendly. * Plan social media activities on Instagram, Facebook, Blog, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. * Create a YouTube channel featuring company content and product presentations. * Send direct mail and newsletters. * Engage with industry magazines and websites to submit articles about the company and announce new products. * Create and update the company catalog and corporate seasonal calendar. * Design, modify, develop, and implement new product packaging. * Develop dynamic training programs. * Fulfill, in general, requests for creating digital or print media materials across all company departments.
