Job Summary: The Budget Analyst is responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets for real estate developments, pursuing continuous improvement and process enhancement. Key Highlights: 1. The mission of the Budget Analyst is to prepare development budgets and conduct critical analysis of results obtained during this process, establishing comparisons and fostering continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and critically analyze construction execution budgets. * Provide feedback on Addendum requests in Budget Guidelines. * Complete the Project Summary Sheet (FRE) for financing procedures. * Update price databases in monthly feasibility spreadsheets. * Perform quantitative takeoffs from project drawings. * Export budgets to ERP systems. * Assemble and format calculation memorandum spreadsheets. * Analyze Addendum requests related to the Budget area. * Update price databases in monthly feasibility spreadsheets. * Structure the budget plan. * Interface with other departments to gather budget-related information. * Analyze execution drawings. * Structure budget pricing using custom compositions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree \- Civil Engineering; * Experience in the field; * Proficiency in AutoCAD (intermediate level); * Familiarity with Google tools. **Additional Information** * PPR: Profit Sharing Program; * Meal allowance/food voucher (no payroll deduction); * Attendance bonus; * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction); * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium for the primary holder, 40% co-payment, extendable to dependents at a differentiated cost; * Dental plan with no monthly premium, extendable to dependents at a differentiated cost; * Pharmacy benefits (payroll deduction applies); * Referral bonus for new hires; * Education incentives; * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property; * Wellhub: Corporate wellness platform providing access to a broad network of gyms, studios, and health & wellness apps, including meditation, nutrition, and online therapy.
