Job Summary: We are seeking a Helper to assist with loading and unloading of goods, DC organization, and general logistical support, ensuring efficiency and safety in operations. Key Highlights: 1. Join a team committed to excellence and personalized service We are looking for a responsible Helper to handle loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, as well as DC organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, including reconsignment operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods by delivering them to respective responsible parties and recording system adjustments. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support organizing goods across DC platforms and keep storage areas and truck bodies clean and organized. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary School. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Food Basket Meal Voucher (VR) Transportation Voucher (VT) PPR – Profit Sharing Program Career and Salary Plan SEST SENAT Agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym) "Love Pack" (maternity kit) Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
