The mission of the Audit Analyst is to evaluate the management control system of each process, seeking to identify improvement opportunities and contributing to the achievement of the company's goals.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze processes, routines, work organization, and operational controls to identify opportunities to improve productivity and work efficiency through suggestions and guidance to various company departments;
* Conduct audits in the Warehouse area, verifying material receipt, storage, and movement, and performing inventories to compare physical data with internal controls;
* Execute steps of the annual audit program, reporting irregularities and defining improvement actions/recommendations;
* Perform physical and systemic analysis of inventory balances and validate merchandise transfers between construction sites;
* Audit monthly measurements and production reports;
* Audit Occupational Safety at construction sites;
* Audit Environmental Controls at construction sites;
* Monitor implementation of recommendations observed in previous audits;
* Analyze asset security at construction sites;
* Analyze and prepare monthly reports summarizing the work performed;
* Guide construction sites on actions to control inventory while complying with internal standards;
* Audit construction site access control processes (mandatory documentation);
* Analyze manual requisitions created by construction sites;
* Assist colleagues and supervisors in related job activities within the area.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Civil Engineering;
* Experience in the field;
* Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
* Report development skills.
Desirable
* Knowledge of internal auditing;
* Knowledge of SAP system.
