Help customers recognize how the product or service can contribute to their success. Identify and generate business opportunities. Analyze, prepare, send, and track commercial proposals. Adhere to marketing policies and collaborate on sales strategies. Master pricing variables for negotiating product and service values. Handle sales tickets, e\-mails, and calls from medium- and high-complexity customer bases. Collect customer feedback on delivered products and services. Identify areas for improvement and communicate this information to relevant teams. Effectively handle customer problems and complaints, seeking appropriate solutions. Participate in and lead customer meetings. Visit customers. Prepare and present reports. Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategies and achieve established targets. Monitor and analyze performance and customer satisfaction indicators. Collaborate in disseminating information and building corporate knowledge (content creation, project handovers, peer learning, mentoring). Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Relationship Consultant, Customer Support Analyst, or Relationship Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
