Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and scheduling production and supplies, ensuring inventory organization and data accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement methodologies for inventory and production management **Description:** ---------------- Responsible for planning, controlling, and scheduling production as well as supply scheduling (raw materials and other inputs) according to internal orders. Also responsible for managing material inflows and outflows, ensuring inventory organization. Control material inventory to prevent production interruptions due to material shortages. Receive, evaluate, question, and respond to production order information regarding inventory availability, manufacturing capacity, and production timelines. Ensure inventory accuracy meets external audit standards. Support other company departments regarding inventory accuracy and requirements for cycle stock and safety stock. Develop and implement the PCP area based on product structures. Define process methodologies for WMS and future structured MRP. Establish metrics and KPIs to support area management. Propose and implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. Calculate material procurement requirements. Conduct inventory processes. Interact with other departments such as Sales, Quality, Production, Development, Procurement, Importation, and Finance to align processes and actions. **Requirements:** ----------------- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Required Experience: 4 years of experience in PCP, Inventory, or similar roles. Routine Contacts/Communication: Executive Management, Team Leaders, Internal Team, Customers, and Suppliers within the area. Languages: English proficiency is desirable and considered a plus.
