Job Summary: The professional will perform general maintenance services, including repairs, welding, adjustments, building painting, and maintenance of internal and external areas at the Biotech Innovation Center. Here, we create solutions that respect the planet and expand possibilities for how we nourish people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute services as requested by the manager and/or area leadership, responding to service requests and work orders, following scheduled plans, maintenance plans, and standard quality and safety procedures; * Perform repairs, welding, adjustments, or replacement of parts using specific tools for each activity; * Conduct repairs and fixes on structural and civil installations; * Perform building painting on pipelines, structures, components, and equipment; * Carry out cleaning and organization of internal and external areas, including yard and garden maintenance and conservation, pruning, waste collection, and fertilization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education.
