Work in a dynamic hotel environment Job Description: Role Mission: Work as a Junior Corporate HR Analyst, focusing on operational and financial benefits management, ensuring organization, budgetary control, accuracy in postings, and support to hotel units, considering the organization's multi-CNPJ structure. Main Responsibilities: Benefits Management: * Administration of Transportation Allowance, Food Allowance, Meal Voucher, Fuel Voucher, Health Plan, Dental Plan, and Life Insurance. * Registrations, cancellations, and database updates with providers. * Monthly benefits procurement per CNPJ, respecting deadlines and unit-specific requirements. * Support in monitoring contractual expirations and adjustments. Financial and Budgetary Control: * Verification of amounts against the approved budget. * Monitoring of budgeted versus actual costs. * Posting and verification of benefits expenses in the financial portal. * Organization of documents for internal controls and audits. Multi-CNPJ Operations: * Benefits management across multiple CNPJs and hotel units. * Ensuring correct allocation and organization of costs in corresponding cost centers and companies. * Maintenance of updated and traceable controls. Essential Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR, preferably in benefits. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proficiency with HR systems and financial portals.
