Conducts requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, ensuring clarity for the development team and alignment with client demands. Key responsibilities include conducting user interviews, creating workflows, prototypes, and functional specifications, as well as validating delivered developments. Translates legal requirements into expected software behaviors. **Non-Conformance Management and Client Relationship** Identifies whether reported issues stem from operational or systemic causes. Guides clients in cases of incorrect usage or escalates corrections as top priority to the development team. **Demand Prioritization and Classification** Evaluates and classifies requests based on scope and business impact. Prepares budgets for specific demands and forwards them to development upon approval. **Documentation and Technical Specification** Reformulates requests clearly, using workflows, business rules, and screen prototypes. Ensures requirements are well-defined before being sent to development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Requirements Analyst; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Accounting, or Business Administration. * Knowledge of Agribusiness and the Cereal Industry is desirable; * Strong communication skills, excellent writing ability, and documentation proficiency; * Analytical, organized profile with focus on process clarity. * Willingness to work onsite in Pato Branco. **Additional Information** **Benefits of Being a VIASOFTER!** Meal or food allowance – your choice!
