Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and controlling product distribution, optimizing processes, and handling, storing, and shipping items. Key Highlights: 1. Support in supply chain and inventory organization Monitors and controls the company's product distribution to customers, aiming to optimize the process and reduce costs. Performs product handling and storage, as well as picking, packaging, and shipping activities, in accordance with company-defined procedures. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Completed high school education. * Preferred: Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **JOB INDICATORS:** * Average receivables collection period * Order lead time * Inventory accuracy **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support in supply chain activities as directed by supervisors. * Assist in product distribution by performing picking, packaging, and shipping processes. * Maintain logistics information systems up to date. * Ensure proper documentation throughout processes, including issuance of invoices, delivery confirmations, and other relevant documents. * Maintain organized inventory, maximizing space utilization. * Perform cleaning and organization of the physical warehouse area, as well as picking and packaging zones. * Carry out other logistics-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
