




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for operating an embroidery machine, setting it up, executing embroidery according to technical specifications, and ensuring the final product's quality. Key Highlights: 1. Embroidery machine operation and setup 2. Quality control and process monitoring 3. Batch organization and routing Responsibilities include preparing the machine by loading thread, paper, applying glue, and drying; Receiving embroidery batches from the Cutting department, along with the Technical Sheet and Cutting Layout; Loading the embroidery file into the machine; preparing the embroidery machine with template paper and glue; Executing the template onto the paper using the embroidery machine; Preparing the sequential thread color order for the model based on information from the Technical Sheet; Positioning pockets according to size to enable embroidery application; During the embroidery process, monitoring quality, thread tension, and replacing bobbins when indicated by the machine; Finalizing the batch by inspecting quality and package quantity prior to dispatch; Routing the batch to the unit's dispatch department; Preparing the embroidery machine.
