Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being responsible for: * Collaborating with Mercado Livre’s transportation and logistics operations teams to develop and implement the best national transfer network, enabling faster customer service and optimized costs. * Managing area performance indicators and guiding the team to create action plans addressing potential deviations. * Empowering the team to take ownership of operations by conducting audits and maintaining operational oversight to identify opportunities for improving responsibility-owned metrics. * Managing Line Haul transportation processes across the North, Northeast, and Central-West regions for Fulfillment and Cross-Docking operations in Lauro de Freitas (BA), Simões Filho (BA), Recife (PE), Fortaleza (CE), Goiânia (GO), and DF. * Serving as the reference point for Fulfillment and XD teams across these operations during your tenure—participating in operational meetings and collaborating with and influencing teams to fully comply with all processes to deliver optimal results. * Participating in and coordinating problem-solving sessions with various teams to identify and implement the best improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate qualification in Logistics preferred. * Proven experience managing high-volume transportation and distribution operations; knowledge of process methodologies and continuous improvement; Green Belt certification required. * Experience managing large teams, shift-based work across multiple locations, and shift scheduling. * Availability for occasional travel; weekday shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, plus weekend on-call duties; must reside in Bahia. * Personal vehicle available to travel to operations as needed. **We offer you:** * The chance to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The opportunity to drive your own development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge sharing with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need for an outstanding experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates requesting money in exchange for job opportunities.
