If you seek to join a **collaborative environment that values continuous learning and excellence**, come build this story with us and help deliver greater quality, safety, and care to people’s lives. **Hypofarma** **By your side for life.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for coordinating **utilities and facility infrastructure** activities, ensuring availability, reliability, and proper operation of systems supporting factory operations. * Will manage **utility systems (steam, compressed air, water, HVAC, among others)**, as well as maintenance and preservation of **facility infrastructure**. * Will be responsible for **planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance, managing teams and third-party service providers, controlling area KPIs, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations**. * Will also contribute to **resource optimization, improvement of operational efficiency, and support to production areas**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields**. * Experience in **industrial utilities management and facility maintenance**. * Knowledge of **utility systems (boilers, compressed air, industrial/potable water, HVAC, refrigeration, among others)**. * Experience in **team management, maintenance planning, and KPI monitoring**. * Knowledge of **safety regulations and best maintenance practices**. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the **pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments**. * Knowledge of **GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)**. * Experience with **maintenance management systems (ERP/CMMS)**. **Additional Information** Benefits: Our essence is **care**.
