Collaborate with teams and identify risks/opportunities A Civil Engineering company seeks a Planning Technician in Belo Horizonte (Savassi). **Responsibilities:** Develop construction execution plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project phases. Monitor and update activity progress, identifying deviations and proposing adjustments. Analyze required resources—such as materials, equipment, and labor—for each construction phase. Assist in preparing management reports and performance indicators. Interpret designs, drawings, and technical specifications, applying them to construction planning. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to ensure alignment between planning and execution. Control maintenance schedules, material delivery timelines, and equipment utilization to optimize operations. Participate in planning and monitoring meetings, providing technical data and recommendations. Support risk identification and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions for process optimization. Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures, ensuring planning incorporates accident prevention measures. Previous experience as a Production Programming Technician, Planning and Control Technician, Logistics Planning Technician, or Project Planning Technician may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
